Hornbeck Theatre

Opened in 1947, the Hornbeck Theatre has been remodeled into a spacious piggyback twin theatre. The Penthouse Theatre, upstairs, occupies what was originally the balcony. Carefully maintained and refurbished, this downtown landmark features top recent films at an incredibly low admission of $1.50. Jones Theatres operates the Hornbeck and Penthouse in a joint venture with national theatre chain Carmike Cinemas, giving local audiences the benefits of a national chain with local ownership and supervison.
